Why should I use dustless blasting on my vessel?
Dustless Blasting equipment employs a mixture of water, air, and abrasive to clean and remove surface contaminants and coatings, providing a clean surface with no clinging dust.

✅ Blast in open environments, even when others are working nearby.
✅ Less dust means more visibility, increasing worker safety.
Another important aspect of adding water is its ability to cool down the impact zone which means any particles leaving the surface are also cool. Hot dry dust will rise quickly whereas cool wet dust will fall to the ground even quicker.
Since dust is suppressed, only simple containment is needed to keep the air and water pollutant-free.
Why do I need to sandblast my boat?
Blast stripping boats is an effective way to strip the paint off of the hull in order to prepare the body for a new antifoul.
When do I know it is time for a sandblast?
Flaking paint, poor adhesion, and paint build up after multiple applications of antifoul and marine growth are all signs it is time for sandblasting and new antifouling.
How often should I Antifoul?
This all depends on the usage and storage of your vessel. Boats that live afloat or that are used regularly should be checked every year to assess whether it needs reapplying. Boats that live ashore and have been washed down may only need antifouling every other year.
