Detailing Manager

$80K-120K – Salary

Harbourforce Marine is seeking an experienced Detailer who is reliable, can hit the ground running, and delivers high-end quality results. An experienced leader with the unwavering drive to produce outstanding outcomes for our clientele. 

Harbourforce maintains over 500 vessels each year, of all makes, from Trailer Boats to Superyachts, liaising with Superyacht Captains and Industry Leaders, so presentation and communication are paramount.

ROLE

  • Machine Polishing
  • Wash-downs
  • Teak Sanding and cleaning
  • Lead and manage a small team
  • Work well under pressure and moving deadlines
  • Responsible for recruitment and implementing ongoing training/development of your team
  • Ensure all WHS requirements are being met daily by your team
  • Work in conjunction with the management team to develop additional business
  • Eye for detail
  • Physically Fit
  • The ability to ‘think on feet’ and make decisions quickly
  • Can do attitude
  • Safety at Heights, EWP and First Aid Certificates are preferred but not essential.
  • 5 Years Minimum Experience
  • Must be willing to work extended hours and on weekends if required

Casual Boat Detailers/Antifoulers

$25-$40p/h

  • Ceramic Sealing
  • Buffing
  • Full Exterior & Interior Detailing
  • Upholstery Cleaning
  • Teak Treatments
  • Stainless Polishing
  • Antifouling
  • Propspeed
  • Sanding

Must be reliable, presentable and have own transport to and from work. Must be willing to work extended hours and on weekends if required.
A willingness to learn and attention to detail are a must.
