Underwater Hull Cleaning

The build-up of biofouling on the hull, running gear and propellers can make an enormous difference to your speed and fuel economy. On planing boats light levels of fouling can significantly reduce top speeds and increase fuel consumption by more than 25%. Maintain your bottom paint’s performance and to stretch the time between haul-outs for applying new bottom paint, regular cleaning of your boat’s hull should be performed regularly.
